As you are all probably aware by now the forum and gallery are currently going through an upgrade. We apologise for any inconvience this may have caused. We are also hoping this upgrade will eradicate the annoying SPAM problem once and for all.
The Store is also going electronic and we have been stocktaking and uploading all of our products to a electronic system. This process is proving to be very time consuming and we thank you for your patience during this busy period. Once this has all been completed it should make like a lot easier for everyone.

If you have missed uploading your competition or a sketch challenge before the 30th of November due to the forum and Gallery being down, can you please email them directly to admin@scrapbookingpremiere.com.au to still be in the running. We will give you until midnight this Wednesday 9th of Dec to get them emailed to us.

Sneak Peek - Speciality Class - Glitter Masking:

Here is the Sneak Peak for this weekends speciality class, sorry for the delay this month with holidays and waiting on stock it has taken a bit longer to get everything together this class.
I am sure it will be worth the wait though. We bring you another exciting class jam packed with more new techniques and gorgeous products to play with!

A versitile layout using masking techniques including how to make your own masks and also how to make your own glitter letters and embellishments.
Colours used are Browns, Blues, Cream and Yellows. Title of the Layout used here is "Time Flies"
Will suit masculine, heritage or family or even outdoor photos most any thing really.

What to Bring:
2x - 6"x 4" portrait photos (will also suit sepia photos)
1x - 3" x 4" photos (can be cut down from a 6x4)
Foam Tape
Double Sided Tape
Fine tip Glue pen (or similar) for fine letters etc

This Friday Nights Crop will be PINK in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness month. Come dressed wearing something PINK and enjoy a good night of fun and scrappin' for a good cause. $5 from every booking will be donated to Breast Cancer as well there will be a raffle with all proceeds going also to this cause. Here is the October Calendar, sorry for the delay. It has come to our attention that our email updates have not been reaching everyone on our mailout list. There has been lots happening at Scrapbooking Premiere and we are still in the process of setting up lots more.
We hope everyone has had a lovely school break and are now well and truly back in the swing of things. Don't forget to book your spot at the retreat early to avoid disappointment. Sneak Peek - Speciality Class - Sunday 16th Aug 09

Here are a couple sneak peeks of Sundays Alcohol Inks Class. This is definitely a fun medium to play with with plenty of new techniques and ideas.
The Class starts at 10am this Sunday the 16th of Aug 09 and will be $25.00 for the speciality class to 1pm.
To stay on for Lunch and Crop until 4pm, will be an additional $15.00. (lunch & afternoon tea included).
We have used a 5"x7" Sepia Landscape photo (family theme) for this layout. Will suit any theme photo.
Make sure you wear old clothes or bring an apron, we will be getting our hands dirty! ;)
Booking essential as numbers are limited.

The Retreat!

Hi everyone,

How exciting the retreat is almost here. Here are the layouts to help you choose your photos. You will need a 5”x7” photo for the specialty page. Several photos to fill the mini album (remember it is great to use up those photos that are so great because most of them are cut up, so you can cut someone out with their eyes closed). And enough photos for a double page layout. The papers for this have also been uploaded but as it is a competition I haven’t uploaded a completed layout. Please note: the double page layout kits vary slightly, some have yellow letters and they all have different colour cardstock, yellow, orange, blue or green.

The other class is a surprise!

Those who are coming for the day only will be doing the Specialty page, double page layout and the suprise class!

List of things required for the retreat:
· Cutting Mat
· Cutting Knife
· Pencil, rubber, ruler
· 3D Tape or 3D Dots
· Scrapbook Adhesives
· Pritt Glue
· Dimensional Magic
· Sanding Block or paper (optional)
· Basic Grey Rub-on Roller (if you have one)

The BOSS turns 30

So here are some Pictures from the Boss ladies 30th Bday PARTY we all had a Great nite and some even had sore heads the next day (but that happens) In the pictures Top left is SANDRA who is now 30 and top right is Kylie, Sandra and Kristy(myself)

Everyone came in Fancy Dress which was something starting with "S" there was surfers, School Kids, Stockman, Stubbies, Scooby Do and Scrappy Do, Simpsons, there was even a Sandra look a like. Just too many to list. Other than that there is a crop on Sunday at the Sarina Bowls Club 10am to 4pm so if you have a free morning or Afternoon head down for a crop or a shop. Have a SUPER weekend

Hey everyone it looked like everyone had a great time @ the crop on the weekend and everyone that did the class enjoyed it, It was great to see how every ones page was different to the original one (aka the boss ladies one) and that in general a fab day was had by all I even got one page done in between helping ladies pick out product etc.

I think we need to give 3 cheers to Sandra for the super job she is doing and let her know how much we value her knowledge and very happy service that is always with a smile and of course the shop with all the great stuff to buy.

It is also Sandra's 30th on Friday so don't be shy come and post a birthday wish for the birthday girl.

So here it is the Kit available to purchase @the crop on Sunday, We will be using the Brand new Pink Paislee Range called Vintage Moon, Crakle Paint, Inks and a Karen Day Design Chipboard

Ok so to let everyone know Im Kristy Cook and on behalf of Sandra (Boss Lady) I am making a start on the blog for her.

So whats been happening Sandra, Thea and I made the trip out to Moranbah last Saturday for a local crop and shop for the girls and a great day was had by all, So lets hope to see more ladies come and join us for a fun filled day the next time we are out there.

This Sunday Scrapbooking Premiere is having a crop in Sarina the shop will be there so u can purchase some goodies if you wish and there will also be a class on the with a kit available to purchase see here for a picture of the Layout you can do if you can come along for the day.

Here are the details for the Crop

Where:- Sarina Bowls Club
Time:- 10am to 4pm
Cost:- $25 for the day (this includes your lunch, afternoon tea and use of scrapbook premieres tools etc.
Cost for the Kit:- $15 includes all u will need to complete the layout and use of SP Crackle Paint.
